📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating branch activities.,Oversee and manage branch operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to the Branch Manager.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.,Participate in training and development programs for branch staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a corporate or retail environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
