📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the canteen and camp facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Oversee food preparation, storage, and distribution, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain and clean camp facilities, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for employees.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure timely and quality service.
• Manage inventory and procurement of food and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist in organizing and participating in team-building activities and events.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or catering industry.
• Proven ability to manage daily operations and ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a remote and challenging environment.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and ability to prepare and serve meals.
• Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
