📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the assigned outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and attract customers.,Train and mentor staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
