📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient and effective performance.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.,Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and accurate records.,Conduct regular area inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with the retail or service industry is a plus.
