📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the general operations and administrative functions of the company.,Manage and coordinate the activities of the general affairs team.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle office management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.,Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity.,Maintain a clean and organized office environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Provide administrative support to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of office management and administrative procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
