📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer engagement,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction,Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets,Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer loyalty

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior
