📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training facilitators and instructors.,Monitor and report on training program participation and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and training management software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
