📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices using SAP and other finance software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end closing activities.
- Provide support to the finance team during peak periods.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficient in using SAP and other finance software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
