📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction process of high-rise projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project documentation, including plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety standards and environmental guidelines.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on high-rise projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and cost management.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
