Sehati Gilang Medical Center is looking for a motivated and experienced Deputy Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the Supervisor in managing the healthcare team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Support the Supervisor in managing and developing the healthcare team.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and facility operations.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high standard of service.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Familiarity with healthcare management software (e.g., Epic, Cerner) is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is required.
