📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that our online store is up-to-date with the latest products and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Implement and manage marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales to our online store.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns raised by our online customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, and implement new strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Ensure that our online store complies with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Knowledge of the B2B industrial sector is a plus.
