Intan Chemical Group is urgently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. As a leading player in the chemical industry, we offer a competitive salary range of Rp 6.5M – Rp 9.5M per bulan. Our mission is to provide innovative chemical solutions to various industries, and we need someone who can drive our sales growth in the Surabaya region.
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets through direct customer interactions. You will work closely with our distribution partners, visit customers regularly, and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Our team in Surabaya is known for its dedication and expertise, and we are looking for a colleague who shares these values.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base in the Surabaya region.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
- Manage inventory and distribution processes in collaboration with our warehouse team.
- Participate in market research and trend analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand our market presence.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
