📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Administer employee benefits and payroll.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage employee training and development programs.,Oversee time and attendance tracking systems.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
