📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting our dental services.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure seamless communication and support.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.,Conduct regular staff training and development to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Prepare and submit accurate financial reports for the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with dental industry standards and practices is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
