📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop effective job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate selection.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
