In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our systems are running efficiently and securely. Additionally, you will be involved in the implementation of new technologies and solutions to support our business growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain server and network infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for IT infrastructure issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to our IT infrastructure.
• Document and maintain technical documentation for IT infrastructure, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure and security.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT infrastructure and security best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with a focus on server and network administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix.
• Familiarity with security best practices and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
