In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.,Processing invoices, receipts, and payments, and ensuring timely and accurate bank reconciliations.,Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.,Providing administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and filing.,Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and providing financial analysis and advice.,Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and ensuring the security of financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduate or limited experience).,Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting practices and technologies.
