📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Manage and optimize production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and control production costs, ensuring that they remain within budget.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Knowledge of production management software and tools.
