📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on batching plant equipment, including conveyors, aggregate bins, and cement silos.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, such as motor failures, belt slippage, and hydraulic system problems.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to protect personnel and equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement upgrades and improvements to the batching plant systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a mechanic in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing batching plant equipment.
• Familiarity with batching plant systems, including conveyors, aggregate bins, and cement silos.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, as well as troubleshooting techniques.
