You'll work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to manage resources, coordinate schedules, and maintain high-quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to manage project resources.
• Monitor project progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure project milestones are communicated effectively.
• Participate in site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to project specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or operations in the real estate and property development industry.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green certification programs.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
