📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.,Monitor departmental performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.,Represent the department at company meetings and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
