Gold Bright Jaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
• Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.
• Contribute to the development of the company's overall training strategy and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HRIS and LMS systems is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
