📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage key client accounts and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to enhance team performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches and promotions.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
