PT Terang Sinergi is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Guard to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the facility to identify and address vulnerabilities.,Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.,Maintain and operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.,Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.,Provide a visible and professional security presence to deter potential security incidents.,Assist in the investigation and documentation of security incidents and breaches.,Train and supervise junior security personnel to ensure high standards of security are maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security guard duties or related field.,Valid security guard license or certification.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Proficiency in using security equipment and software.,Previous experience in a high-security environment is a plus.
