As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking and has a keen eye for detail. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Ensure that all kitchen staff are following health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Participate in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Fluency in English is a plus.
