Rumah Sakit Gilang Tea is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the structural integrity of our healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a passion for creating safe and efficient healthcare environments.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for healthcare facilities.,Ensure compliance with local and national building codes and standards.,Oversee construction projects from design to completion.,Conduct structural assessments and inspections.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the healthcare sector.,Professional engineering license (SIPP, SIPM, or equivalent).,Strong understanding of structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and standards.,Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
