As a Ship Captain in Bangka Belitung, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our vessels, including passenger ferries and cargo ships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Command and operate vessels safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with international and local maritime regulations.
• Lead and supervise a crew of 10-20 members, providing clear instructions and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Plan and execute voyages, including route optimization, fuel management, and cargo handling.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and drills to ensure the well-being of the crew and passengers.
• Monitor and maintain vessel systems, including navigation, communication, and engine performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations, including maintenance logs, crew schedules, and voyage reports.
• Collaborate with port authorities, maritime agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the satisfaction of passengers and cargo clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Ship Captain, with proven track record in commanding vessels in challenging waters.
• Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) and STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) certificate.
• Knowledge of ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display and Information System) and other modern navigation tools.
• Experience with cargo handling and stowage planning.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Familiarity with maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS.
• Ability to work long hours, including overnight shifts and weekends, as required.
