📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of our healthcare facilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and financial excellence.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial processes.
• Develop and implement financial systems and tools to support our healthcare operations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance operations and business management, with a strong background in healthcare finance or a related industry.
• Proven track record of success in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
