📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.
• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly menus, incorporating traditional Padang recipes and innovative dishes.
• Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Source high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen inventory efficiently.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new culinary concepts and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and storage practices.
• Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Represent PT Makan Padang Pakai Tangan at culinary events and industry conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Proven expertise in authentic Padang cuisine, with a strong understanding of traditional recipes and techniques.
• Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using kitchen management software, such as QuickBooks or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Previous experience working in a multi-cultural team environment is a plus.
