Part-Time Early Childhood Playdate Facilitator

Join Meraki House School as a Part-Time Early Childhood Playdate Facilitator and become a key part of our nurturing early education community in Bali. We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible professional to create engaging, safe, and enriching playdates for our little ones. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of our students.

As a Part-Time Early Childhood Playdate Facilitator, you will design and lead playdates that align with our curriculum and meet the unique needs of each child. Whether it's a sensory play session, a storytelling circle, or an outdoor adventure, you'll inspire children to explore, learn, and grow in a fun and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute engaging playdates that align with our early childhood curriculum
• Create a safe and inclusive environment for children to explore and learn
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure playdates meet the individual needs of each child
• Document children's progress and share insights with the teaching team
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and any special needs
• Promote a positive and nurturing atmosphere during playdates
• Assist in setting up and cleaning up playdate spaces
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood education or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of child development and play-based learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of individual children
• Passion for working with young children and creating engaging learning experiences
