📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using tools such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to engage employees and drive buy-in for improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify innovative solutions for business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and innovation.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of improvement initiatives and recommendations for further action.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the automotive finance industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a similar role in the automotive finance industry.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other relevant process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with process improvement software such as Minitab, SAP, or other relevant tools.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
