📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure all outlets are well-stocked.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and product quality.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.
• Work closely with the regional manager to ensure all outlets meet company standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field is a plus.
