📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP software, conducting regular stock checks and replenishments to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing training and support to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies, including promotions, discounts, and special events, to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback data.
• Collaborate with the Store Supervisor and other department heads to ensure smooth store operations and achieve overall business objectives.
• Participate in store improvement initiatives, such as layout changes, product displays, and customer experience enhancements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or consumer products environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using SAP software for inventory management and reporting.
• Knowledge of retail best practices, including sales techniques, customer service standards, and store layout optimization.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in retail management or leadership are a plus.
