🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management and leadership roles.
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation projects in the public sector.
• Strong understanding of government IT policies and regulations.
• Certification in IT management (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or similar).
• Experience with enterprise software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
